Skinny Ass Kicking!
Today I finished the 30 DS. I feel great after these 30 days.
hips: 108 cm (total loss of 1 cm)
waist: 71,5 cm (total loss of 2,5 cm)
navel: I think something went wrong with measuring… My journal says I lost 15 cm, which is a lot. I think it’s now 91 cm (so total loss of 8,5 cm)
thigh left: 59 cm (total loss of 3,5 cm)
thigh right: 59 cm (total loss of 3,5 cm)
knee left: 41 cm (total loss of 2,5 cm)
knee right: 41 cm (total loss of 4 cm)
arm left: 27 cm (total loss of 4,5 cm)
arm right: 27,5 cm (total loss of 3 cm)
calf left: 39 cm (total loss of 1 cm)
calf right: 38,5 cm (total loss of 1 cm)
over breasts: 91 cm (total loss of 6 cm)
under breasts: 75 cm (total loss of 5 cm)
weight: 67,7 kg (total loss of 3 kg)
Complete total loss: 45,5 cm and 3 kg
If you still don’t believe it works… Keep dreaming then :)
Today I weighed in at 67,6 kg (149). I am very pleased with that number :) Out of the 150s! I finish the 30 Day shred somewhere next week and then I will start Jillian’s buns and thighs. Anyone experiences with that?
My parents will visit me from May 19th till May 26th. So looking forward to it, but I know it will include a couple of days of bad eating :s But I’m so thrilled to see them again that I don’t really care :)
Today again a day I will only work on my thesis… Hope to finish the big part I’m working on now for almost 10 days :s

I know that I haven’t really updated on the 30 DS level 2, but that doesn’t mean I didn’t do it! I even haven’t had a cheat day from the 30 DS and it feels good.
Today I weighed in at 68,5 kg (151). Not bad, but did only loose 300g since last week. Ah well, it’s okay.
New measurements after 30 DS level 2:
hips: same (108,5 cm)
navel: 87 cm (-4 cm)
waist: 72,5 cm (-0,5 cm)
thigh left: 59,5 cm (-0,5 cm)
thigh right: 60 cm (-0,5 cm)
knee left: 41,5 cm (-1 cm)
knee right: 40 cm (-1 cm)
arm left: 28 cm (-0,5 cm)
arm right: 29 cm (-0,5 cm)
calf left: 39,5 cm (-0,5 cm)
calf right: 39 cm (-0,5 cm)
over breasts: 92 cm (-5 cm since beginning of level 1!)
under breasts: 78,5 cm (-1,5 cm since beginning of level 1!)
weight: 68,8 kg
total cms lost going from level 2 to level 3 (10 days) = 9,5 cm (didn’t include over and under breasts)
I didn’t measure over and under my breasts last time, because I was too anxious about the number I would see. Did it this time and I feel pretty okay with it…
Total cms lost (level 1 & 2) = 39,5 cm
I would love to loose a bit more at my hips though :s
I really really really hated level 2 :s I had to do the modifications of a lot of exercises (plank jacks, high knees,…) and instead of the last ab workout (which was too hard for me), I did bicycle crunches.

I’ve been doing the 30 DS for 13 days now (no cheat days) and I feel a bit sore, but also wonderful, powerful and on top of the world.
Today I weihged in at 68,8 kg (~151,7). So proud of my progress!! Also this week I ran 50 minutes without stopping. All these things I never thought I would be able to do, I keep on doing them.
Emotionally I’ve been feeling very lonely and sad. I want to go home, I miss everyone and everything. My parents will be here in 3 weeks for one week. And my boyfriend and mom will come by car on my birthday. Normally we leave here 4 days later, but I am gonna try to go earlier. Seriously, the only thing I like about being here are the cheap fresh strawberries. Nothing else. How sad is that?
All these emotions haven’t affect my eating habits (yet, maybe?). The 30 DS is really helping me. Don’t doubt if you think about doing it.

Day 7 (yesterday): went smoothly. No problems at all :)
Day 8 (today): I did HIIT again before 30 DS. I think I hurt my hamstrings doing HIIT. I can’t even sit normally :s But the 30 DS went very well, even went a little deeper than before during the static lunges.
Anybody has good advice for really hurting hamstrings (they are not just sore, they like hurt like hell…)?
Today was sooooo hard :s I did HIIT before for the first time in my life and at some moments I thought I had jelly legs… I also felt this during cardio in 30 DS. But I didn’t stop and I’m still alive :)
NOW: homework, thesis, portfolio, homework, dinner, Skype, sleep.
Today it was probably a bit harder than yesterday. Even though I went to the bathroom before I started, after 5 minutes I had to go again. Yesterday’s pain went away by swimming today, but is now back haha :)
Neck is feeling much better though :) At some point I really wanted to shout at Jillian, but I didn’t :p
