Skinny Ass Kicking!
Ooops, I forgot to update about yesterday (day 4)!!
I went swimming and was home pretty late, but I did the 30DS and I totally ICED those static lunges!! Man, what a pain in the ass (more thigh and knee tbh)!! Did them without stopping for a second, sooooo proud of myself! I still have to work on the bicycle crunches (last one). They are killing me!
And how are you ladies and gentlemen doing?
Today (day 5) was really hard during cardio. Maybe it was because I just came back from a long run? Anyway, static lunges went very well (proud!) and and…. the bicycle crunches went good!! I looked at the ceiling and my neck hurt less.
Overall I had a wonderful first week and I’m wondering how your 30 DS went?
