Monday: running (10k scheme) + 30 DS

Tuesday: swimming (1k) + 30 DS

Wednesday: running (10k scheme) + 30 DS

Thursday: swimming (1k) + 30 DS

Friday: running (10k scheme) + 30 DS

Saturday: walking (mostly 1h or more) + 30 DS

Sunday: 30 DS

Every other running workout I’ll do HIIT instead (so 10k scheme, HIIT, 10k scheme, HIIT,…)
