CW: 158.4/71,7 kg (yes, I just got on the scale for that :p )

I’m 170 cm (5’7). I’m happy with my height. My best friend is something like 180 cm (5’10) and for me that wound be too much. But she likes it :)

Day Three (April 1) - A picture of your thinspiration. What features do you like about this person?

I really like her legs :)

Day Four (April 2) - Your greatest fears about weight loss.

I’m affraid my breasts will shrink and don’t “fit” me anymore. Now I’m known for my breasts (lame, I know) and they really are a part of me. I don’t wanna loose them.

Day Five (April 3) - Why do you really want to lose this weight? Are you doing it for you?

I want to feel better. I feel so unhealthy and old and bleh…

Day Six (April 4) - Do you binge? If so, explain why you think you do.

I don’t binge. I used to. I think because I felt weak and kept telling myself I was a weak loser

Day Seven (April 5) - Do your parents know you’re trying to lose weight? Do they care?

They know. But I don’t want to involve them too much. Then they start saying I don’t have to loose weight, I cannot loose too much weight, I should enjoy life, bla bla…

Day Eight (April 6) - Your workout routine.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday: running
Tuesday and Thursday: swimming
weekend and every other day: strength training (not a lot though)

Yes they did. And they still do actually…

Day Ten (April 8) - What was the hardest thing you gave up during this “weight loss.”

Drinking lots of milk, bread, dinosaur cookies.

Healthy way and it’s working and I feel so much better!!

Day fourteen (April 12) - What’s your UGW? When you expect to reach it?

120 lbs (around 55 kg). I expect to reach it by September. I hope to reach it by July…

Day Fifteen (April 13) - Are you vegan or vegetarian? If so, has this helped you lose weight? If not, would you ever consider turning vegan or vegetarian?

I’m not, but I do eat vegetarian. Vegan is not an option for me as I’m addicted to milk :)

Wait, lets see… When I was 12 or 13. Probably earlier, because I was bullied for my weight from kindergarden till the end of high school. So 15 years of bullying, lots of years of being insecure…

No I don’t. And I never had one.

When I was home for Easter. I ate fries from the frituur (which doesn’t exist here in Spain)

None. This healthy living is a lifestyle (or it has to become a lifestyle…)

I only know European sizes (sorry).
Pants: 42 at least (rarely I fit into a 40. I have a Primark jeans that is a 40 though).
Tshirt: S-M, depending on the brand. Sometimes at H&M XS.
Bra: 70E

Day Twenty-Two (April 20) - What was your lowest weight? How and why did you gain?

59kg. I weighed this much when I was depressed 3 years ago. As things got better with me, I gained the weight back and even more.

Day Twenty-Three (April 21) - Did the media play a role in your wanting to lose weight?

In the beginning, yes. No I don’t give a damn anymore. I just want to be healthy again.

Day Twenty-Four (April 22) - How do you feel about the terms pro-ana/pro-mia?

I do not promote this. You are ruining your body. I support, but the chance that I follow these back is very low…

No. I think it’s just disgusting :s

Being able to walk around in my bikini without thinking about my body in a negative way.

Day Twenty-Seven (April 25) - How do you deal with being around food?

Some days better than other days. Here in Spain I do my own groceries and I decide what I buy and eat. I still live with my parents at home, but my mum is all cool and if we say we’ll cook for ourselves it’s okay. I still have problems with craving cake and things like that.

Honoustly? Yes, I want it. Because I think it’s beautiful.

I don’t sleep enough

I like to do things in my own way
